1. Make your Subject title a mini-version of your post.
For example, instead of "looking to play!" try "Wanted: Rifts GM in New West Thursday or Saturday nights" or "Looking for players for Spaceship Zero one-shot in February"

2. Where are you? Or where are you willing to go to play?

3. When can you play? Do you prefer evenings to weekends? Is there a day or days of the week you positively cannot play?

4. Does Age Matter? Do you prefer playing with "mature" gamers? Are your games suitable for younger people? If you don't mind, consider putting down your age, or listing it in your profile.

5. Use your signature! Consider using your signature to list the kind of games you're interested in playing. For example: "I play Heroclix, D&D3E, Traveller, Sengoku, M&M, Carcassonne"
